Zip car customer won't move

This picture, also taken while being harassed by the roofer from the earlier post, was of a Zip car customer who pulled in front of me to park. I asked him if he would mind parking his car somewhere else that was not blocking the bike lane, and he said "No" and then ignored me.
Given the culture that Zip car tries to portray, seems they would not appreciate his behavior.
