This guy was an idiot, saying that he "had to" park halfway in the bike lane because the driver in front of him parked incorrectly. I told him he was breaking the law, not the other driver. He said he'd do something about it, and would write a letter to complain about the other driver. What?!
Anyway, I think I'm caught his license plate on later photos.
