Apparently labcorp didn't get the message last time. The driver who called me a faggot and threatened me was back again Wednesday, December 5th, parked in the bike lane.

I am writing with an account of an incident that occurred today at about 1:45 PM.
I am a 17 year old high school student and I photograph vehicles that park dangerously in NYC bike lanes.
I have already contacted a local dispatching center about the incident but I am also writing to Community contacts.
I approached the vehicle. I stopped behind the vehicle and pulled my camera out of my bag. As I was taking the picture, the driver of the vehicle stepped near his vehicle coming off the sidewalk. Noticing me, and recognizing my face from last time he yelled at me he walked towards me as if to knock the camera from my hands.
He stopped short and began screaming at me. He called me a faggot, and continued to curse at me as I set the camera to video capture mode.
In the video, he says "say what again?"
He threatened to "knock me off my fucking bike" and something along the lines of "kick you in your balls".
He leaned towards my face in an unnecessary and threatening manor. You will notice in the video that I am forced to back up as he comes closer to me.
I had done nothing besides documenting his illegal and dangerous parking. This employee is a rude, homophobic, and violent individual.
It is my hope that LabCorp will take disciplinary actions against this driver, and I am shocked that they would even continue to employ someone who screams "faggot" and threaten a high school student who was simply documenting his already dangerous actions. I will be alerting public newsgroups and news outlets of this incident as I felt extremely threatened by this driver. I am including a link to a video of some of the incident.
