Bud Light scoundrel

187 eighth ave, New york, NY

This photo was taken more than halfway down the block—almost the entire block featured curb space available for him to park. He's racked up 17 violations IN JUST TWO WEEKS, $1,135 in tickets! Clickthrough for photo of violations accrued. This arrogant jerk costs his company lots of money through his reckless driving, and he creates plenty of headaches for bikers. It's the same reckless behavior he exhibited last time he was photographed and depicted on this website: http://nyc.mybikelane.com/post/index/2890
"Responsibility matters" reads the sticker on the back of this truck. Clearly driver of truck 185 needs a lesson in responsibility.

Budweiser wants it all

355 lafayette st, New york, NY

6:45 am on a Friday on Lafayette Street—the best time for a big truck to take up the bike lane. You might ask: since traffic is so light at this time of day, what's the problem? Well, it forces bicyclists out into traffic—as happened to a female Brompton biker while I snapped this photo. Because cars and trucks tend to speed this early, she got honked at. I politely told the Bud truck driver, "Thanks for parking in the bike lane." His reply was, "You're welcome." At least we kept it cordial.
