I live in Philly and ride 5 miles each way nearly every day. This just irks me. I have yet to have a collision with a car door, but this just begs it. And it'd be "My fault." And, to be be fair, I nearly knocked a guy over whilst in my car because I just plain forgot about him. But, you know what, we just have to be vigilant. Time will tell, and those of us on bikes will one day have our say. That lane will be ours for good.
