Found this guy sitting around, in his drivers seat, with the engine running, waiting around for his passenger, who was likely shopping.

Problem is, he was parked in the bike lane. He watched me snap his plates through his rear view window, and did not seem to care. Lazy yuppie only needed to pull up about 20 feet to take a legit spot on the left and out of the bike lane.
