I first saw this guy speeding through the bike lane and politely asked that he use a regular vehicle lane. When he ignored me and continued to cut through the bike lane, I pulled out the camera. He went as far as cutting me off numerous times between 25th and 39th streets.
Both times he blocked my path and waited until I was forced to call the police to speed off, running red lights in the process.

I had the same issue this morning in Brooklyn w/ a guy on a scooter. He was zipping in and out of the bike lane and running red lights. Sad thing is, despite all this, he was still moving slower (overall) than people on bikes.

Wow, a scooter with a license plate! This is a pretty rare sight, as drivers usually remove them in order to avoid parking tickets when they park on the sidewalk.
