Enough room in the parking lane but too lazy to park correctly. It's always easier to be ignorant and let others have to deal with it.
And, do you see the nice finger I got to see from the passenger!

wow, that's insane. i wish these people would go to somewhere like paris where they would get their cars set on fire just because they owned cars. parking in a bike lane and then giving people the finger is just perverse.

The car has also a total of $250 of unpaid parking tickets.
