Politely asked driver to move, the response:
"Go get hit by a bus". Repeated requests to police to have her moved have been ignored. This truck has been parked in front of city hall, completely blocking the bike lane in a "No Standing Zone", next to a hydrant daily for years!
According to the guys who drive this truck, there are no bike lane indicators after the crosswalk where they are parked meaning that they are not blocking a bike lane.
According to the NYC bicycle map this is part of the bike lane - the lane lasts until Spruce Street here.
