DNA Contracting: A Congenital Defect?

Observed by BicyclesOnly on Thu, Mar 01 2007

This guy has got $2,265 in unpaid tickets, and he loves to park straddling the sidewalk and the bike lane. I've caught him here repeatedly (usually he's in his other truck: http://nyc.mybikelane.com/?plate=xc296s&state=NJ). I think his business must be named "DNA contracting" because he is genetically incapable of following the law.

Yeah--and what's with the Jersey plates on a commercial vehciel listing a Manhattan business address--can we say "insurance fraud"? Bet his insurer would love to know that he's creating all these risks in Manhattan, home of the multi-million dollar personal injury verdict!
