I just went in to powder my snout

This empty cop car was parked in the oft-violated bleeker street bike lane. The previous week I sent an email to the DOT about the lack of enforcement of this very stretch of bike lane. I see the cops got the message

Sending an email to the DOT regarding enforcement is useless considering that the DOT does not perform enforcement. I love when people contact the completely wrong agency and demand results.
