36th St. and Broadway. New lines were just drawn along Broadway to provide a bike path and a pedestrian walk area. This truck drove for several blocks on the pedestrian path, carefully maneuvering around the orange pylons. The two delivery men eventually stopped to make a delivery in front of the Haier Building and ignored the parking spaces behind it, but in the middle of the street.

There was, but I foolishly failed to take a picture of it. All I recall that it was hand applied stickers that, IIRC, indicated they were based in Queens.
