You've never driven out of state?

A commercial vehicle (courier company) with an NYC address and NC plates? Sounds fishy to me.

They can't have multiple locations? Look at U-Haul trucks; I've never seen one with a NY plate.

If a courier company operates solely in this city and it's vehicles are registered out of state, it is beyond a reasonable doubt that insurance fraud is being committed.

How does this picture show that the company operates solely in NYC?

If a short distance courier company's sole business address is in NYC, it's not that difficult to figure out.
