Putting the Cyclist in Danger

This pretty much shows the situation well. Note the public Parking Lot right across the street. The driver put this bicyclists life in danger just to save a buck.

Friends, I can see the biking lanes, the taxi cabs, the cars, the bus and the trucks, but I cannot see the bikers. All gone?
Btw I am not in San José, possibly I would like to be there.
