Rock piles, a Taxi and...

Contractors dump a pile of stones in the bike lane on East 90th Street, and, you'll see a taxi further down the street. A myriad of cars and trucks block the bike lane on East 90th Street.

It does look like this fella is trying to move the rocks out of the bike lane. It's unfortunate that this happened in the fist place but dump trucks don't have much accuracy when making a delivery and the construction will never stop in this city. Atleast they are trying to co-exist with bicyclists.
