This was sent to me by a member so I am posting for him.
Yet again (see http://nyc.mybikelane.com/post/index/4005) the Marriott in Brooklyn (Adams St) is actually encouraging cars to park in the bike lane.
Given the proximity to the various city buildings, you have to wonder why this is not only allowed, but seemingly encouraged?

I think the sign is showing that taxis should pull to the right of the concrete divider. It doesn't expressly suggest that yellow cabs should park/stand in the bike lane. There was probably a problem with the cabs stopping on the main portion of Adams St causing serious traffic problems.
