In a 5 minute stretch it's easy to photograph 5 cars in this constantly blocked stretch of St. Nicholas Ave at 145th St. With a Dunkin' Donuts coming (that's 3 on 145th so far and counting) the Cops wll be stopping for donuts and fried fish soon - so we can expect a horrible situation to get worse. Complaints to 311 have proven fruit-less. Maybe because the cops only like fried food?
