I know I'm preaching to the converted here, but I'm always telling people that I think that parking is part of driving--still part of operating a vehicle that can cause accidents and can be done with courtesy or with rudeness towards one's fellow humans. Of course, because parking laws are so often arbitrary (at least here in Philly) it's unlikely that people in general will see it that way for the time being. Peace, Andy
I reported one of these "how's my driving" guys (http://nyc.mybikelane.com/post/index/376#comments). The operator had a bunch of prefabb'd questions that prevented her fron understanding what the problem was, but I talked her through it. As I picture it, the companies that run the "How's my driving" report service probably concoct some study that says trucks with that label get in fewer accidents, then market the studies to insurance companies who agree to lower the rates for policyholders that buy in to the service, and once the discount is applied to the insurance premiums no gives a f**k about any reports of unsafe driving that are received, much less unsafe parking.

You should call and ask why their truck is registered in Ohio. Might want to contact the local police too to bust them for insurance fraud.
