You have the right to take the picture just like they have the right to curse at you. That constitution is a great document.

Time to call Rite Aid corporate and share this web site with them:

717-761-2633 ask for Mary Sammons, she's the CEO or Brian Fiala, he's in charge of stores.

Also call Media Relations since this web site is pretty bad publicity for them:
