Saw this a bit closer to my home this morning. Nice shiny new SUV parked in the bike lane. The entire right side of the street was open for the street cleaner. Guess that shows cops will ticket if you park in front of the street cleaner, but not if you park in the bike lane.

Also notice the moving truck in front of the SUV. Did not stop to take their picture though.
