Local/Gobal Warming in the Bike Lane

More idlers sitting in the bike lane, spewing pounds of carbon into my face so that they can read in comfort. Plus $45 in unpaid tix.

Can't say as I understand why people want to read in their car? I would think that their home or a coffee shop would be more pleasant?!
