Rite-aid returns

Thought I'd check out this Rite-Aid truck that's been reported to be on 9th Avenue. Sure enough, he was there, as was another MBL member.
The trailer had different plates than the cab, so I made an entry for each one.
Not certain about the plate # on this.

I've asked the rent-a-cop to at least have the truck put up cones; notice that the truck doesn't even have its hazard flashers on. This is an accident waiting to happen. This is a night-time truck; if a south-bound rider notices a hazard in the dark in the middle of passing the truck (counter-flow cyclist, pothole, cat, etc) the only escape is into the path of high speed traffic.
