This one is completely hopeless. He won't park on the side street, because he can't. He won't park in the designated spot on Ninth Avenue, because that would mean he'd have to walk an extra 12 feet when unloading the truck. Also did you note that the back of his truck and his rig have different plates? Clever, huh?
