Jan Gehl (the city's new urban design consultant) is right, if they just narrowed this cycle track by about 5-6 feet it would still be fine for bicyclists but the trucks couldn't get in.

FYI it is in fact normal and quite legal that a vehicle such as this has a different plate on the front and back—the tractor might be an independent contractor hauling the trailer on behalf of Rite-Aid. So go after the tractor ... he's the Okie behind the wheel.

One more point: Rite Aid is the only chain store on the west side stretch of Ninth Avenue. Talk to the store manager, get his name and get him to commit to a solution.

Oklahoma 1WS 148 owes $1,095 in tickets, two are in the bike lane on Ninth Avenue -- dated 11/16 and 11/18. So definitely call the cops next time, they can tow him.
