Clickthrough for the photo of the side of this van, which lists (212) and (917) numbers but a P.O. box for an address in North Carolina. There is a definite correlation between those who frequently commit moving and parking violations and those who keep their cars deliberately registered out-of-state to save on insurance and cheat the system. He additionally accrued $380 of tickets in the past five weeks. Hello, congestion pricing? You'd be towed and off our streets and out of our bike lanes by now.
