Dimwit Gets Ticketed Multiple Times a Day for Parking in this Spot, Keeps on Doing It

When you check the detail on his bike lane violations, you see that he parks for hours at a stretch in this spot and gets multiple tickets as each new TEA tour comes through. But none of the TEA have figutred out that they can ticket him for both bike lane and double parking at the same time.

If it says "Hearing Complete" it means his company pled guilty via Internet and paid a fraction of the total amount due because of their negotiated discount with Finance.
