Great point—even better would be for the city to ban stretch limos over a certain length or size—in particular the Hummer strech limos that guzzle huge amounts of gas and idle for hours on end.

Yes, I've often wondered why on earth anyone needs an SUV livery. It's not like they tell you in advance advance you'll get the big car, so it's no help for people even if they do have lots of cargo.
