Enormous stretch limo from out of town abuses your bike lane on Fourth Avenue next to Grace Church School (whose patrons park in the bike lane to drop off and pick up their children Monday through Friday). Wasting gas during wartime and hogging a lane intended for peaceful zero-emission bikes. #6 - greed or gluttony?
