We are a nation at war so jackals like this can burn excessive fuel while illegally sitting with engines running in the bike lane, preventing those who want to save the environment from safely riding their bicycles. Oh the hypocrisy of our collective existence....

I believe this is the narrowest stretch for any north-south Manhattan avenue with a bike lane; it can be treacherous enough with limos but these hulks can be deadly.
