what do you think would happen to this guy if he told his boss. I couldn't do my job because I couldn't find a place to park? Probably lose his job 'cause bosses don't care. They guy is just trying to make a decent pay check probably to feed his kids.... Do you really think he has a choice?

I called the company home office in Ohio. They have NY vin specific Insurance through Liberty Mutual in accordance with NY Law. They are in no way commiting insurance fraud. Not exactly sure how you are getting at "fraud" in the first place. Also asked why registered / plated in OHIO. When vehicles were purchased they were located in Ohio. As renewals come due will be registering them in NY. Makes since to me.
