I keep meaning to call the precinct about this; I'm here quite frequently. I tried insisting to the traffic squad that they start ticketing people but no luck. My practice now is to get to the head of the line and then have a sudden need to adjust my mirrors and brakes when the light turns green.

Love it andygee! They'll quickly learn that the bike lane can get real congested.

Thats one of my favorite things to do. When they blow the horn... well... it's my lane....

Exactly what I do. Then when they honk, I turn around and wave at them.
