Essentially the same violation on roughly the same block, two weeks later. This makes you wonder if the owner really lives in PA or just conveniently registered the car there in order to pay lower insurance rates. (Based on the posts to this website, it's clear a lot of folks illegally claiming residence in another state do have frequent driving violations.) Too bad that New York State, which has laws on the books to deal with out-of-state registrations, chooses not to enforce those laws. Heck, maybe this person drives to New York City once a week and just hangs out in the bike lane to give us a photo op.
