Why should New Yorkers have all the fun?

I do note the signage directing bicyclists to proceed north on First Ave. to pick up the westbound 91st Street lane. Nice effort by DoT. the old DoT did exactly the opposite--for example, at the point where the eastbound 77th St. Lane (installed a year ago) connects with both the Central Park West bike lane and the CP Loop, there is a big sign that says "Bike Lane Ends."
