Lazy Cop

I made that perlious turn from Tillary to Admas street so I can get on the Manhaatan Bridge and I had to stop short because a car was camped out in the bike lane.
I asked to cop who sitting there to say something and she told me to do it! Is that my job or hers?

Ahh yes. Some cops will help and others will just give you attitude. I used to commute this stretch every morning, but started taking the Brooklyn bridge instead as it is a bit more scenic for my morning ride.
