These Ohio-registered vehicles just don't seem to end up anywhere but the bike lane.

That looks like a pretty new plate though, it's possible the volume of pictures on here with that company's trucks might have gotten to someone. I'll keep my eye out for more to see if they've got NY plates.

I called the company home office in Ohio. They have NY vin specific Insurance through Liberty Mutual in accordance with NY Law. They are in no way commiting insurance fraud. Not exactly sure how you are getting at "fraud" in the first place. Also asked why registered / plated in OHIO. When vehicles were purchased they were located in Ohio. As renewals come due will be registering them in NY. Makes since to me.
