Last time I emailed FedEx about a bikelane violation, they attempted to reassure me :
"We assure you that your experience was not typical, nor does it reflect the high standard of service we want to provide."
Uh, What? Then why today was I forced out of MY bike lane into traffic because of this vehicle.
I must disagree, FedEx, - my experience seems more and more typical everyday.
Care to explain?
