Fedex Causing Maximum Obstruction

These guys were not only parking in the bike lane, but using it as a staging ground for bundling up their deliveries. Couldn't get them move. Here's the video clip showing the license plate:

I saw a similar scene today on 9th, but did not manage to snap a pic as I was running really late. In my case, they were not parked in the lane, but they were using is as an unloading area.
