You should write or call UPS Glenn. They have spent millions on their website to show hoe important seaftey is to them (although there are no mentions of safe parking, only of safe driving). Check it out: http://pressroom.ups.com/mediakits/humanresources/training/
I think their PR department would not be happy to learn that you have 5 posts of this guy, including one describing his threatening conduct toward you when you took his picture.
You might also look into indexing the posts on your site so that people searching the web for "UPS" come up with a page from this site showing all the UPS bike lane parking. Perhaps this is not so hard, as a post critical of Fresh Direct on Streetsblog captured the #4 spot in web search returns for "Fresh Direct." It was pretty funny; FD customers were commenting on Streetsblog asking how they could buy FD gift certificates.
Yeah, I definitely should. I do have mixed feelings about it as I don't want to be in a position to get anyone fired. But, I would prefer it if this guy moved. The thing is, I have passed him as many times or more w/out taking his picture. He was there this morning.
As for getting Google to popup on UPS, hard to influence those things. Streetsblog has a high page rank, so they are more likely to be taken serious by Google. It can take time to get search engine "respect".

In the past week, the mybikelane.com page for "Kingsboro Taxi" went from about #15 to #5 in the rankings.

I try to put company names in all of my Toronto posts, and have been adding some tags to other peoples'.
