oh, man... get your offices to ship DHL, those of you who work in offices. At least a fair chunk of their city drops are by hand cart. And didn't UPS used to be famous for delivering by bicycle? I think it was on a commercial a few years ago.

Those with hand carts are often very rude and walk double file through bike lanes along 8th avenue....
