We watched an MTA armored truck idle outside the Franklin Street subway station last night for 22 minutes—yep, we timed it. By the time we got the 311 operator on the line, the armored truck pulled out. Seems armored truck drivers believe they are exempt from all vehicular rules and regulations because they are armed. What did Mao say about power emanating from the barrel of a gun?
