This guy was given a pass by the TEA, who were ticketing an unoccupied vehicle right near him, because the TEA only care about how many tickets they write, so they only go after unoccupied vehicles. If there were concerned with enforcing the law and promoting safety, they would tell guys like this to move.

I called the company home office in Ohio. They have NY vin specific Insurance through Liberty Mutual in accordance with NY Law. They are in no way commiting insurance fraud. Not exactly sure how you are getting at "fraud" in the first place. Also asked why registered / plated in OHIO. When vehicles were purchased they were located in Ohio. As renewals come due will be registering them in NY. Makes since to me.
