At the end of the Clinton Street bike lane there's a de facto parking lot for private vehicles owned by law enforcement employees. They don't seem to care that there's also a bike lane here.

even parking a few feet forward would have helped this, but clearly he couldn't be bothered.

This spot is always abused as a parking spot. Usually they do a bit of a better job of parking though. This parking job is just plain offensive.
