Nice to see some new ground ploughed in Park Slope. On 30' wide streets (which this appears to be), there is not enough room for two parking lanes plus a bike lane, a traffic lane AND a double parker like this bozo. The least he could do would be to park opposite the bike lane, instead of in it. That way, the thru traffic can yield to bicycles in the bike lane but pass the double parker via the bike lane once they have amde sure it is clear. That is what the NYC traffic rules contemplate will happen.
