This company really should be investigated for insurance fraud.

From the NYS Office of Attorney General website:

"[any] New Yorker who knows of insurance fraud or has reason to suspect it should be sure to call the National Insurance Crime Bureau at 1-800-TEL-NICB or write to:

Insurance Fraud Bureau
New York State Insurance Department
25 Beaver Street
New York, New York 10004"

Oh, and this truck alone has $3,720 in unpaid parking tickets from just August and September.

If that isn't an argument for reallocation of curbside space, I don't know what is.

Midtown Express happens to be bringing television cable into your neighbors homes. You tell me where they are supposed to park.....on the sidewalk? Without them you probably couldn't watch "Queer Eye". By the way, I've researched this issue and found that Midtown Express is self-insured...so...it doesn't matter where their vehicles are registered, Brightlight. Heeello Insurance Fraud???? Why don't you take pictures of a Hot Dog cart instead or just go around them and be quiet. Repeat...Quiet!!!

Thumb_35

Insulting, homophobic. Typical Troll who struggles to make a valid point of why people should be endangered so others can get cable service.

I called the company home office in Ohio. They have NY vin specific Insurance through Liberty Mutual in accordance with NY Law. They are in no way commiting insurance fraud. Not exactly sure how you are getting at "fraud" in the first place. Also asked why registered / plated in OHIO. When vehicles were purchased they were located in Ohio. As renewals come due will be registering them in NY. Makes since to me.
