Hey Steve, I recognized the graffiti on the back of this guy's truck from your post: http://nyc.mybikelane.com/post/index/2173.
I told him he had $2K in tickets and he was endangering bicyclists and all he could do was give me this stupid smile and lock his doors (I guess he was afraid I would try to enter the cab and physically force him to move!).
If I have time, the next time I see him I will try to call a cop over.

I wish I knew what company is fielding this truck; we could apply a little pressure from that direction. but I think this truck has no company name/address on the side (again, in violation of the law). Good idea calling over a cop; I wonder what they would do with the information that he has at $2,000 in tickets. Let's keep the pressure up!
