Catatonic In the Bike Lane

Taking a snooze while blocking the bike lane and the hydrant. I knocked on the window to ask him to move but he didn't wake up. Maybe he's dead.

	Just though of a new tactic for dealing with those idling in the bike lane . . . run a hose in from the exhaust :)
