Go Block Some North Carolina Bike Lanes, Will You?

One of two vehicles with NC plates that I encounter each morning. The vehicles are dropping off kids at this Upper West Side public school. How can their kids attend NYC public school if their cars are registered in NC? Insurance fraud, in addition to blocking the bike lane.

North Carolina, one of the most favored nations for registering and insuring cars and vans to save on insurance. Just hope they don't hit you because they usually carry minimum liability and medical. Not to mention unscrupulous folks like this generally haven't got much respect for our legal system....
