This tool sits in his car with a license plate that includes a phone number '888-safe-cop'. HAH! Makes sense that a hypocritical moron like this would own such a poor quality and polluting vehicle as a hummer.

Anyone know if this plate is state specific?

I've never seen this guy in the bike lane before, but as Greg indicates, he parks in areas where he can't. If you see this truck again parked illegally, please cross-post it to uncivilservants.org. Make sure to get his placard.
