The DOT sucks for not making the parking lane wide enough.

Although you can't see it very well in this picture, the driver had enough room to park legally. It's not the DOT's fault, it's the driver's.

UPS is the LAZIEST of all the large shipping companies when it comes to parking properly. I like the look of FedEX trucks too...

The angle of the picture makes me think that the truck is close enough to the curb. Perhaps it's a bad camera angle.

Last I looked bad camera angles were nowhere in the NYC parking regulations as an allowance for parking illegally. You shouldn't be a cop, you should run for office, you'd be perfect. Address EVERYTHING but the issue.
