It's like the fedex guys--they use the bike lane as a staging area.

Also, forget to mention that there was a parking space behind the truck that these boxes could have been placed in..
Sometimes, I tempted to knock things like this over, but I'm a calm controlled law abiding citizen, so that won't be happening.
